SESAME STREET (LIBRARY POSTERS)

Through SJI associates I was able to work with the team over on Sesame Street to conceptualize some education banners that they wanted to hang in the kids’ section of libraries or schools. These posters were made using assets they provided but I also had to illustrate solutions for the characters and environment to see the pitch.

OPTION 1

For this option I built the background using assets they provided but pulled back on the colors in order for the characters to stand out. I then worked the characters to play with elements of mathematics and counting to communicate the message.

OPTION 2

Second option that was pitched was for characters to be in the foreground interacting with elements that show the message. Such as emotion faces for feelings or numbers for math. Same treatment of background was used to emphasize the characters.
